Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
Family Love provides individualized ABA therapy designed to promote skill acquisition, reduce challenging behaviors, and enhance independence. Services are tailored to the child’s unique strengths and needs and delivered in natural settings—home, school, and community.

Home Health & Skilled Nursing Services (Elderly Patients)
We provide professional, accredited home-health services to elderly patients—helping maintain dignity, safety, and independence at home.mance.
- Home Health Aide (HHA): Assistance with ADLs (bathing, grooming, mobility), medication reminders, meal support, and companionship.
- Skilled Nursing: Nursing assessments, medication administration, wound care, chronic condition management, and post-hospitalization care.
- Occupational Therapy (OT): ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and cognitive/functional rehabilitation.
- Care Coordination: Communication with physicians and providers to ensure holistic, safe care plans.

How to Get Started / Required Documentation
For home health/skilled nursing referrals, provide physician orders and insurance authorization as required.
Valid physician referral/order (within 12 months) including diagnostic code and DOB
Medical necessity letter describing how behaviors impact functioning
Complete Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) or equivalent
Current IEP or IFSP (if school services are in place)
Psycho-educational evaluation (for school-age children)
Change of Provider form (if transferring services)
